Planning
A truck that reaches a post that closes at 22:00 at 21:45 often waits until morning. Work back from the closing time to the depot, with the queue on top. A 24-hour post on a longer road can be the faster trip.
Every slip, every truck
Rand, Pula, Namibian dollars, Kwacha and US dollars on the same trip, from stations on both sides of the border. Your drivers WhatsApp a photo of each slip, and by 7 the next morning your fuel sheet is checked, one tab per truck, with anything that doesn't add up in red: more litres than the tank holds, the same slip twice, km per litre far off the truck's usual.
