We build for the people behind the trucks, the sites and the production lines: the clerk retyping signed delivery notes at six in the evening, the safety officer chasing papers that expired last week, the manager who cannot bill until the proof of delivery comes back.
A truck leaves the yard at six. By afternoon the paperwork is back: ticks, a "short 2", a signature, sometimes no signature. Someone reads every page, types what changed into the system and chases what is missing. A customer queries an invoice a month later and the proof is in a box. The work was done. The money waits on the paper.
The same story plays out on building sites with contractor files, and on factory floors with audit records. Good people spend their day on paper instead of on customers, and thin margins leave no room for money that waits.

Voypelo Solutions (Pty) Ltd was registered in 2019. Before software we traded in energy equipment, and in 2026 we closed that business to build AI and automation products full time. We are based in Greenstone Hill, Johannesburg, and led by Omphile Molahloe.
We research a sector's paperwork from public evidence before we build anything for it. We test every product blind, on documents it has never seen. You see the results on your own paperwork before anything is agreed. Your data stays in South Africa, and work we cannot do ourselves, such as electrical or machine work, goes to registered partners we manage.
