Alpecca

Get paid for what you delivered, days sooner, without changing a single system.

Your drivers bring back signed delivery notes. By 07:00 the next morning your team has the credit notes drafted and the missing notes listed, ready to approve. Nothing to install, no go-live, and nothing changes in Pastel or Sage, for your drivers or for your customers.

The numbers so far

Tested blind before anyone pays.

Measured on paperwork from distributor layouts Alpecca had never seen, including a hard handwritten set. Your own documents are the real test, which is what the preview week is for.

Accuracy304 / 316

right across three blind tests, including the hardest handwritten set (145 of 157).

Mistakes that cost0

wrong credit notes in those tests. Whatever it could not read with confidence went to a person.

TimingBy 07:00

results ready before your team starts the day.

We know the pile

If someone on your team is still going through the day's delivery paperwork at six, Alpecca was built for them.

The work was done, the goods were delivered, and still the money waits: for a signature, for a query, for someone to find the right page. That is not your team's fault. It is a job software should have taken off them years ago. Your team stays. The late evenings go.

What waiting costs

It never looks like much on one day.

A few queried notes, a credit that takes three days, an hour after closing. Add it up over a year, and over the one customer who goes under, and it is the most expensive paperwork you have.

Interest10.75%

prime since the Reserve Bank's rise on 23 September 2026. Every rand held up in a query costs more on the overdraft.

Customers going under1,361

businesses liquidated in the first half of 2026. A credit insurance claim asks for the signed delivery notes behind every unpaid invoice.

Late evenings1.5x

the legal overtime rate for the hours someone stays to type credits. Unpaid, they cost you the person instead.

Cash flow62%

of South African small businesses had cash-flow problems in the past year.

The campaign · #Distributors #DeliveryLogistics

Six in the evening. The work is done. The money is still waiting.

Our Alpecca campaign runs on LinkedIn, X, Instagram and WhatsApp through October. If a distributor you know still clears the day's delivery paperwork after hours, send them this page.

  1. Meet Alpecca

Our latest innovation for distributors. 304 of 316 right across three blind tests, no wrong credit notes, results before 07:00, nothing new for drivers to learn.

  2. Who is still at their desk at six?

The trucks are back and the goods were delivered, yet someone is still going through the paperwork. That is the stretch Alpecca was built for.

  3. Judge it on your own paperwork

A 15-minute meeting, five working days free on your own documents, and on day five you decide: keep it from R1,950 a month, or stop.

What it can do for you

Less chasing. Faster money. The same team.

Hours back every day

For the people between your yard and your books.

Problems the next morning

Caught the day after a delivery, not at month-end.

Money in sooner

Fewer open queries between delivery and payment.

Your data stays here

South African machines, no outside AI service.

How the preview works

A week on your own paperwork, free.

  1. A 15-minute meeting

With Omphile, at your office or online. Bring your finance or operations lead.

  2. Five working days

Alpecca runs on your real paperwork. We check everything it flags before you see it.

  3. You decide on day five

Keep it from R1,950 a month, or stop. No long contract to get started.

Our promise: If the free week doesn't save your clerk at least five hours, we tell you, and you owe nothing.

Questions

What distributors ask.

What does Alpecca do exactly?

We share the details in a private preview, on your own paperwork, so you judge it on your documents rather than on our claims.

Who is it for?

Distributors and wholesalers that deliver with their own vehicles: food service, packaging, hardware, electrical, beverages and industrial supplies.

Do our drivers or customers have to change anything?

No. There is no app for anyone to install or learn.

Where is our information kept?

On Voypelo's own machines in South Africa, never sent to an outside AI service. You stay the responsible party under POPIA and we sign an operator agreement.

What does it cost?

The first week is free. After that Alpecca starts from R1,950 a month.

How do we pay?

After your free preview week we send a one-page agreement and an invoice from automate@voypelo.co.za. You pay monthly by EFT or debit order. We never change our banking details by email: call +27 63 498 9311 to confirm them before your first payment.
