Free automations
Small, annoying jobs you do every day, taken off your hands. Only things your phone or computer does not already do on its own. Nothing to buy, nothing to download: the tools run on this website, and the shortcuts are built on your own device in a few minutes.

Tools: open and use, on any phone or computer
| Tool | What it does |
|---|---|
| WhatsApp without saving the number | Opens a chat with any SA number, no new contact |
| Fix a messy list of phone numbers | One clean format, duplicates removed, bad numbers flagged |
| Clean up pasted text | Fixes broken lines and double spaces from PDFs and emails |
| Pull phone numbers and emails out of any text | From signatures, group chats and PDFs, in one go |
| Shrink a photo to fit an upload limit | Under 1 MB for the form, without the photo leaving your phone |
| When does my salary actually land? | Your real payday for 12 months, around weekends and SA holidays |
| Petrol money for a trip or a lift club | A fair amount per person, in ten seconds |
| Which pack is cheaper? | Price per kg, litre or item, right in the aisle |
| Working days calculator | Deadlines that skip weekends and SA public holidays |
| SA ID number checker | Catches a mistyped ID number before you capture it |
On Android, open any tool in Chrome and choose Add to Home screen: it then works like an app.
