About us
We take paperwork off the office's desk.
Voypelo Solutions is a Johannesburg company. Our service, Alpecca, types up the paper that comes back from the road and from site. That means diesel slips for trucking companies, and signed timesheets, job cards and delivery notes for mine contractors and builders. Drivers and foremen send us a photo on WhatsApp. The next morning the office gets one checked sheet, with problems marked in red. Nobody has to type, and there is nothing to install.
The work, step by step
You start the conversation. We do the rest.
- We give you a list of trucking companies, mine contractors and builders, with their WhatsApp numbers.
- You send the owner a short WhatsApp message that we give you.
- If they still type up their paperwork by hand, you send them our one-minute video.
- If they are interested, you pass them to us. We do the demo, the set-up and the delivery.
- When they sign up and pay, you get R1,000.
What you need
Good English and a friendly, clear way with people.
- Good spoken and written English
- Confident and friendly on WhatsApp
- Your own phone, data and a quiet place to work from home
- Afrikaans is a bonus, but not needed
Pay
R1,000 for every company that signs up and pays.
Commission only, no salary. You are paid within 7 days of the client's payment, with no limit on how many you bring in. It is part-time. Work it full-time and earn more, or keep another job alongside it.
