Alpecca · for mine contractors and builders

Signed site sheets, checked by 7am.

Your foremen WhatsApp a photo of each signed timesheet, job card or delivery note. By 7 the next morning your office has one checked sheet per mine order or site, with missing signatures, hours that don't add up and short deliveries marked red. Month-end invoice lines ready, nothing typed.

Why it matters

The mine pays on the paper.

One missing signature or order number and the month-end invoice comes back, and the money waits another cycle. On a building site, a short delivery that nobody spots is paid in full. The paper is the only record, and it is checked too late.

How it works

Three steps, nothing to install.

  1. The foreman sends a photo

At the end of the shift, one photo of each signed sheet or delivery note on WhatsApp.

  2. Every sheet is read and checked

Names, machines, times, hours, metres, order numbers and signatures, checked against each other and against the order. A person checks every red row.

  3. Your sheet before 7 every morning

One tab per mine order or site, in Excel: what is ready to invoice, and what is held back and why.

Sample rows from made-up sheets. Your sheet also carries the date, site, activity and the photo, plus a tab per order showing the hours ready to invoice.

Who it is for

Crews that work away from the office.

Contractors whose crews or machines work on mine sites (drilling, load and haul, plant and crane hire, maintenance, fabrication), and builders whose foremen send delivery notes and labour sheets back from site. If your work stays in your own workshop, this is not for you.
