Every slip, every truck

At these prices, one wrong fill a week is real money.

More litres than the tank holds, the same slip handed in twice, a fill booked to the wrong truck: at P23.76 a litre, these add up fast and are hard to see at month end. Your drivers WhatsApp a photo of each slip, and by 7 the next morning your fuel sheet is checked, one tab per truck, with anything that doesn't add up in red.

Diesel 50ppm is P23.76 a litre and Petrol 95 P19.75, from 23 October 2026. BERA retail pump prices. Checked on 24 October 2026.

How much diesel does a truck use in a month?

It depends on the truck, the load and the road. Loaded long-haul trucks often run between about 2 and 3 km per litre, so a truck doing 8,000 km a month at 2.5 km per litre uses about 3,200 litres. The calculator on this page works it out for your fleet at this month's price.

How do I know a diesel slip is right?

Check three things on every slip: the litres are not more than the tank holds, the same slip has not been handed in twice, and the km per litre since the last fill is close to that truck's usual. Our free calculator checks one fill in ten seconds.
