WhatsApp orders to an order list

Customers send orders on WhatsApp in any format: "10 x chicken portions", "tomatoes 6 boxes", "and some bread". Every evening someone retypes them into Sage or SYSPRO before the morning pick, and every misread line becomes a wrong delivery and a credit note.

Paste the chat, or the file WhatsApp makes when you choose Export chat (without media). You get one clean list: customer, quantity, unit, what they wrote, and your item code if you add your item list. Lines the tool is unsure about are marked check.

Everything happens on this device. The chat and your item list are not sent anywhere or stored.

The CSV has the columns most order-capture and import tools expect: customer, date, quantity, unit, item code, description. Voice notes and photos of handwritten orders are not read by this free version.

Run it on your real orders for a month

In a 30-day pilot we connect this to your WhatsApp Business number and map it to your Sage or SYSPRO item codes, including voice notes, so the order desk checks a ready list instead of retyping it. Your clerk stays; the retyping goes. Paid pilot.
