Subcontractor pack checker

The Construction Regulations, 2014 require the principal contractor to audit every contractor's health and safety file at intervals agreed with each, and at least once every 30 days. Most of that audit is chasing papers that expire on different dates.

Enter each subcontractor's papers once. You get an expiry sheet sorted by what needs chasing first, and a monthly audit record you can print and sign.

Everything you type stays on this device and is saved only in this browser. Nothing is sent anywhere.

A tracking aid, not safety or legal advice. What a file must hold depends on the work and on the client's health and safety specification; your appointed safety agent or officer decides what is needed.

Run it for real on one site

In a 30-day pilot each subcontractor gets one link to upload its papers once, the chasing for anything expired or missing is done for you, and the monthly audit record is filled in before you walk the site. One site, 30 days, paid.
